Greg Nichols

Dr. Greg Nichols is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Raleigh. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill and graduated with a BS in Biology in 1989.   He completed his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. After medical school, he did a 5 year post graduate internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Philadelphia, PA. In 1999, Dr Nichols moved back to North Carolina with his wife and settled in Goldsboro. He joined Goldsboro Women’s Health Center and became a partner in 2000. This practice was changed to Goldsboro Ob/Gyn Associates in 2000.

 

Dr. Nichols is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and he has special clinical interests in Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Uterine Fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding. Additionally, he received the distinction of COEMIG surgeon (Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology), utilizing the DaVinci Robot for minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Nichols is married and has two children. He is active in his local church and in his local community. He is a avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys triathlons, swimming and skiing and promoting health and fitness.
